Putrajaya Ice Skating Association (PISA) also known as Persatuan Meluncur Ais Putrajaya is a state level sport association for ice skating registered under Pejabat Pesuruhjaya Sukan Malaysia (PPS). PISA was officially registered in 2014 but has only been active recently in 2021. The association serve the purpose of developing, leading, promoting and managing the ice skating sport in Putrajaya

1. to develop, promote, and further the progress of ice skating across the state;

2. to plan and advance the skills of athletes, officials, and coaches; and to uncover new talent;

3. to select athletes to represent Putrajaya at any national ice skating competition;

4. to represent Putrajaya at accredited national governing bodies, as the representative of ice skating sports;

5. to join the national governing body; and

6. to encourage the development of grassroots sports through the establishment or acceptance of district-level affiliates.
